I have been using TMPGE for months. I decided to give my p.c. a programme overhaul by installing Windows XP and the latest versions of Smart ripper, DVDtoAVI and TMPGE 2.01. After ripping and going through the DVDtoAVI process I start up the TMPGE programme and select video source for the d2v but all it comes up with now is “can not open, or unsupported”. Has anyone else had this problem after having installed Windows XP. I’m not sure if it's the XP or the ripper, dvdtoavi, tmpge. Any help would be most appreciated.
Cheers Voob

Did you forget to go into options of tmpgenc and check tmpgenc.vfp is registered to vfapi? Or made sure that in dvd2avi it is checked also? I have no problems with tmpgenc and XP.
