the source is an 1988 home video. from a panasonic VHS camcorder. wow...
anyways, i am using a TV-Wonder VE card with the BTWinCap generic drivers. when i capture to mpeg2 using MainConcept [video is kinda grainy, but i dont have time to fix it, going straight to DVD-R], i have it as lower field 1st. when i capture, it sometimes goes correct. problably 80%. the other times, u can see its a bad interlace. just exactly wtf is going on? what should i choose? upper or lower field? thanks.
o yea, since the video is grainy, should i use MainConcept's noise reduction setting? if yes, what number?
