  1. This is the first time I ordered from this store. I ordered 100 discs but received only 50. I called them on Wednesday and they said they need to investigate and email me back on Thursday afternoon. I checked my email Thursday and today but got nothing. I tried to call them (both 1-888- and 1-626 numbers) but nobody answered the phone. I am disappointed with their service and the way they don't keep their words. In my opionion, even they did not finish the investigation, they should email me and let me know what's is going on or they are still investigating. They made a promised and ignored me is not a way to do business. I hope someone from supermediastore.com read this thread and let me know what is going on. Edit: I deleted my order # because the problem is solved.

  2. Use Newegg(IMO) they have Free Fedex Saver shipping. I get most things in 2-3 days.

  3. Update: I just received another 50 discs today. They shipped 2 days air. So I guess right after I called in to complaint, they shipped me another 50 discs but forgot to email me. I think I will order from supermediastore.com again and hoping that they will not make this mistake again. Overall, I was not happy at first, but I am happy now because they fixed the problem.

IMO, that's what makes a difference. Nobody is perfect, so what matters is how they fix the mistake. Though I still think they should of emailed you to let you know, "sorry we messed up, but your stuff is on the way", would of been better.

I've delt with Meritline's, and Rima's customer service. Rima bent over backwards to correct a problem I had, that wasn't even their falt, as did Meritline.

It's nice to know that Supermediastore cares about their customers too.

    Glad everything worked out!
Next time, don't get so bent if they forget to email you, just as you forgot to email them
