How do I frameserve BBMpeg from DGIndex

I'm succesfully using DGMPGDec to frameserve to TMPGEnc.

I've also used Doom9's guide to frameserve to Quenc using AVISynth

However I wish to use DGMPGDec to frameserve BBMpeg.

I want to do this because

1) DGMPGDec is the only frameserver able to cope with & retain a/v sync from DVB captures. Much improved from DVD2AVI.

2) Neither TMPGEnc nor Quenc produce 100% complient mpeg1 streams (they cause stuttering playback in my portable).

3) BBMpeg will fall over if presented with 'raw' DVB data (even after pre-processing with PVAStrumento)

I know TMPGEnc produces better results than BBMpeg but BBMpeg produces highly complient mpeg.

How do I connect DGMPGDec to BBMpeg? I'm looking for the following flow:-

DVB capture using Hauppauge DEC 2000
A/V resyncronisation/conversion to mpeg using PVAStrumento
DGIndex
frameserve using MPEG2DEC3dg/AVISynth
encode using BBMpeg
watch on my portable VCD player

tried http://www.divx-digest.com/software/vfapi.html ? convert the dv2 to a vfapi avi that you can open in bbmpeg.
