Well, it's happened to me again. For whatever reason, RGB24 and RGB32 in virtualvcr has quit working on me. It automatically switches to RGB565 (which doesn't work either). Virtualdub still works but virtualvcr is my cap app of choice. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This happened to me before when I tried an alpha version of the freeware real time MPEG-2 encoder (ympeg?). I ended up having to format and start over. I'm there again I guess. But I've had a few beers and I got to thinking. I can just copy all my DVD stuff (zip files/setup programs) to my D: drive and they should all be there when I reformat C:. I don't even need to save all files to disk of anything. Oh well, it may give me another chance to check out some programs again.
