mave a vcd mpeg-1 file that when played the video will freeze half way through playing the video, whilst the audio will keep playing just fine. I know I can use fast foward to skip the corrupt section and continue to watch, but does anybody know if there is any software availavble to fix the corrupt sections of the mpg files? All help appreciated.

  2. You say you made it, from an avi. Check the avi for bad frames before you convert to mpeg. Guides for this can be located on the left.

  3. I am having the same problem that the original poster is. I converted a series of AVIs to SVCD standard with MC and then made an SVCD with Nero. Several of the clips froze near the end, but the audio continued to play...what up?
