Organization of files...

I have so many different files, and I want to get them organized in a way that its easy to access them, not just by seperating them into folders (Unless thats the only way to do it) Also, I was wondering if there was an app of some kind that would let me change the look of certain folders. Kinda like if you go into MY DOCUMENTS / My Pictures and that folder is different looking!? Anyway, just asking...

you can change the icon of most folders or files by right clicking and selecting properties. Select the customize tab and then select change icon at the bottom. Theres a selection of icons. You can make your own, most image editors can convert jpg's gif's etc. to ico files.

As for organizing I use the folders, I really don't see how you could possibly have a better organizational system. Most media players will search your harddrive and organize them for you into library's.
