Hi there,
I have the Teac CD-r 58s (SCSI 8x) and I read that in order for the cd-recorder to be able to burn a 90 min cd-r, I should run it in CD-R 55s compatibility mode.
How do I do that ?
Thx in advance.

You have to "close" a jumper (marked as reserved on manual) on the back of the unit. I don't remember which of the two reserved jumpers.
When this jumper is closed, you will see the unit as a Teac 55S, with a maximum speed of 4x.
I found the instruction on http://www.blindwrite.com on the compatibility page.
