Hi againNeed some help with this too....
As our TV format is PAL, I got almost all of my stuff on PAL format on VHS, and so I'm getting all PAL MPG compliant files out of them, but need to burn them on NTSC format since my TV is PAL N / NTSC (and so it'll play the VCD in black and white if I don't convert the MPGs into NTSC format before I burn them).
Any help? Just name the program that will do that . Thanks so very much

Seriously bad idea. Converting 25 fps to anything else is a bitch. Good luck finding a tool that will do a good job of it; TMPGenc certainly won't.
My DVD player plays back PAL stuff in NTSC format, as far as I know, most of'em do. Unless you like jerky video, go buy a better DVD player.
