New version. As far as I can see it are most of the bugs gone. You can write to file, no artefacts, the right maximum size, etc. What remains is an excellent transcoder.

I'm not sure. I downloaded the trial version but probably you can.

I tried the download.but it doesn't indicate what version it is before i spend 2 hrs. downloading it.Did you have to download and install it to find out it was version 2.0B?
I was told by their tech department the update is free.as the first version was so full of bugs.The website does not indicate what version the software is,or that there is a newer version out.Denying any problems ever existed.

Silly question but is the version number in the "help" -> "about" menu?

The question was about downloading the whole program to find out what version it is.The last time i downloaded and installed it ,it was version 2.0.
There are very few websites that do not tell you what version of software is available,but this website is one of them. I'll try downloding and installing it to find out.

Well i tried 2.0b.I don't think this is a new version.I tried copying a disk in movie only and customize.Ifoedit would not even play it.I get a navigation error.If this is the fix,they have a long way to go.

You must do something wrong. The last few days I used 2.0B in all three modes and it worked fine. No problem at all.
