I have a very high quality DIVX that I am trying to convert to SVCD. When i convert it using TMPGe, it converts fine, but the video has an (ever so slight) jerk to it ( i am probably too damn picky)

When I try to do this process using CCE, the video is completly choppy and blocky and not viewable. I would like to use CCE for this, because the quality is supposed to be the best....

any suggestions?
