    SMARTRIPPER
    DVDDECRYPTER
    DVD2AVI
    VIRTUALDUB
    TMPGENC
    Mpegvideowizard

    Xilisoft DVD Audio Ripper can help you extract audio tracks from VOB file to MP3/WAV directly.

    I'll qualify this by saying I've never done it but:

    Use DVD2AVI and feed the avi into Windows Media Encoder?
