Hello, I compressed videos at 4000 kbps with xvid. It look sooooooooo slow in premiere and i can't do anything big. What is the appropriate bitrate to use but not having many " squares " on TV? Thx

I see! I don't know what format to compress to deinterlace it. I wanted to deinterlace it prior to editting, that's why ^.^
I tried mpeg2 and divx but it gives a lot of " squares "....
