    the first instance of ffmpeggui is not "automatic tool link"ed, while the second instance is...is it just my machine?

    Maybe it's because of the "periods" in front without a space.

    EDIT: Yep, that's why.
    it can't find .ffmpeggui when it does a lookup for a tool match... but can without the period
