    I have been advised to download and "encode" my movie with this programme. Now, i dont have a clue what this programme does or how to use it. I tried to do something with a film i made, but it didnt do anything noticeable, only made it 60mb bigger ?! so please could some one just give me a URL or some basic guidelines.

    Basically, it's a Tsunami MPEG Encoder. It takes a file and changes it to a format you can use to author a DVD, or make VCDs, SVCDs, AVI, JPGs, etc.

    I do not know what you are planning to do, and you tell us, we can guess at what you need to know.

    See the Guides section on the left. TMPEnc is a fine program and will do just about everything you need to make DVDs.
