    Hi

    How can I remove frame from a video file?

    Virtual dub removes frames one by one,so it is very difficult.

    I'd personally take the easy way out and use Adobe Premiere 6 to do it. That program is just the greatest! If I had the money, I would buy it! All you do there is load your movie into the project, zoom in so the timeline is displayed frame by frame, then razor the film to shreds and delete what you don't want.

    If you are putting the movie on vcd... then I would suggest first encoding the file to mpeg, using TMPGEnc then use the Mpeg Tools portion of the program to edi tout the portions you don't want! Good luck!
