Radeon 64Meg DDR help needed!!!!!!

Hey anyone having good capture results with the Radeon 64 Meg DDR card. mine look like crap, I was having nicer picture with an AIW 8 meg PCI by capturing to ATI VCR codec and converting to Mpeg with TMPEG..
Am I missing something... Perhaps the lack of Svideo in is causing this shitty capture on higher than 352x240, which is why I bought this card. Should I return it and get the Radeon AIW and suffer the graphics performance loss????
Any help/Advice is appreciated....

Have the same card an I'm working on how to capture properly for VCD. I've changed the bit Rate and the pics were briliant but I cant write them to VCD so new plan. I've looked at "Capture" and Capture to ATIAW card and will try that.
