Hi all! I'm having some quality issues with the copies of my originals. I was backing up Pirates of the Carribean and when I was playing it back on my brother's XBOX everything was fine until mid way through when the movie kept freezing with a lot of pixelation. Can anyone shed some light as to what might be the cause?
I have a plextor PX-708A
I'm using Sony and Verbatim DVD-R's (the movie is on the Verbatim)
I'm using DVD Decrypter then Shrink ver 3.1.5 or CloneDVD ver 1.3.11.2
I usually just back up the movie only, one soundtrack, and subtitles...usually there is not much of compression but I still get the dreaded pixelation. Any info is greatly appreciated.

This is probably a problem with the dvdr media that you are using or the xbox dvd drive.
Have you tried the disc on a stand alone dvd player and have you tried different media?
