  1. Hope someone can help me out on this. I tried converting a DivX (half screen) video to VCD using tmpgenc, but after converting the video the output is having large pixels. Is there anyway I can convert the video having the same quality as the source? Also, do I need another software to convert the file or is tmpgenc enough already. Suggestions are very welcome. Thanks.

    What means "half screen"?

I assume they are macroblocks - bitrate is not enough.

When you used TMPGEnc, did you select a VCD template? Also, was the bad product on a disk, or was displaying artifacts on your software player? Also, did you know when you post you should post as much information as possible, so that you return are not filled with as many quaestions as your original post, like this one?
    Hello.

  4. Sorry about my post. I'll try to give you more information about it.

@abond: Half screen meaning not Full screen. Meaning the video is only occupying the center part of the screen. Is there a correct term on that? Please enlighten me. Thanks.

@Tommyknocker: Yes, I did select the VCD template. The finished product displayed some big pixels on the screen. Is there any way to improve the output on this?

    Your help is highly appreciated.
