  1. What's the best guide or program to use to for svcd-to-dvd? I used the guide that uses SVCD2DVD and I can't fast forward or rewind. So I need a guide or program that, after I get the mpeg2 right, I can convert to a video_ts folder(Did I say that right). I want menus, possibly with music, and chapters and to be able to fast forward and rewind if it's possible. Thnax.

  3. Some standalones although plays, but they're very sluggish when fast forward or backward with SVCD formats. They tend to freeze for a moment then ' jump ' to a fast forward position.

I don't know if it would be better, but give DVDLab a try.
It has more options but is a little bit more complicated than SVCD2DVD.
