  1. I built a computer for a friend that lives about 1000 miles from here. It is a Amd 2700 with 512 ram a Lite-On DVD -RW + RW. I put DVD Shrink in it as well as Nero 6. I burned a DVD before I shipped it and it worked fine. He got it and called to ask how to copy a DVD. I explained it using DVD shrink. I had him set delete file after burning. He said the movie worked good but during the movie, parts of the movie I burned appeared in his movie!!! I asked if it looked like it was bleeding through, he said no when it did this it just switched to the other movie for a few minutes then went back to the original movie. I told him to delete that folder and create a new folder on the desktop and tell DVD Shrink to put the temp file in that folder so it would be in a place by itself. he did that . Now he tried to burn another one and it has parts from all 4 previous movies. What could possibly be causing this? How could it get pieces from another folder when it was set to delete the file after burning?

  2. Have him uninstall and then reinstall DVDShrink in a separate folder and then give it a go.

Sounds like the temp files aren't getting deleted, obviously.

This could be a permissions thing. Did you set up multiple users? It's possible that his user doesn't have permission to delete things in the DVD Shrink folder.

    I agree - uninstall, reinstall.
