    I thought about that too. I went to their site and it says to turn it off if your PC can keep up. It is only there for PC's that cannot handle capturing both fields.

    I turned it off and noticed a huge difference in video quality.

    OK, I must have been smoking soemthing. I cannot find where I found it. Mayeb it was in the HELP file that comes with the codec. I'm at work so I cannot search my history or the help file. Some of the sites I look at get web sensed here at work. I'll look when I get home.

    I just tried CCE, MC and TMPGEnc with the new PicVideo capture settings. I have removed the "if more then 2 lines" setting and the results are terrific on the TV.

    Now I just have to decide which encoder to stick with.
