mpeg2 ntsc to pal

ive just edited a dvd ready for authoring, it has two programmes on it , one ntsc and the other pal, tmpeg authour wont let me do it, so before i spend another 20 hours reconverting my PAL DV to NTSC mpeg 2 in tmpgnc is there a program that will convert pal mpeg2 to ntsc or vica versa

canopus procoder or main concept both will ...

either way -- you will have to re-encode except in one case

if it is pal film progressive -- you can re-write the mpeg headers to 23.976 progressive and add pulldown ..

but you will need to resync the audio ...



procoder2 (better than 1.5 by far) does one of the best jobs i have ever seen at ntsc/pal conversions ... including the audio from ac3 or dts
