    Hi

I am using Sony DVD Architect for authoring a simple DVD, one Audio and one subtitle. My problem is that I can´t apply a new font size to all the subtitles. Is there a Select all subtitles button or similar? The default font size is 14. I think Tahoma 20 would be ok, and I am not going to do it one by one.

    Thanks

Hi there. It seems you are from Portugal, isn't it? Would you like an answer in portuguese?

I use Arial 16, Bold and Arial 18 bold for the main title. It's enough. Bigger sizes (you use 20, it's too big) would scramble the whole screen with lots of big subtitles. I mean the result would not be pleasant to the eye. As far as I know, you'll have to configure these subtitles one by one. That'd be a good idea to go to Sony forum and post a message there, asking other users about this issue.

    Valeu mano!

    Oi

After I posted this I discovered a Forum from Sony and I found out how to do this. You don´t have to do it one by one.You start by editing the first subtitle (I think Tahoma 20 looks good) and in the stream selection in the bottom right you have to right click on that subtitle(many zoom will be necessary) and select apply to all selected subs (or something similar). That way all subtitles will be formatted the same way as the first.

I know that! That's why I'm posting this message in order to tell you there's another way too:
-Select a subtitle event and edit it. If you want to select multiple events use hold Ctrl or Shift while clicking events. The event you want to edit should be the last event you click. Or better yet, press Ctrl+Shift + right click on the event...All the subtitles on the timeline (for all languages) will be selected. Abraços do Brasil.

SONY DVD ARCHITECT IS A GREAT TOOL
