TV-Out on FX5200

Greetings to all.
I have a Sparkle GeForce FX5200 and, when I connect it to my TV, the TVscreen flicks for less than 1 second. This repeats 30 in 30 seconds. It's very annoying. I have installed the latest NVIDIA drivers and also a software called TVTool8. But the problem remains. Could it be a deffective VGAcard?

connect it with your computer off then bootup. Then go in and make sure you enable the TV as one of your displays under the display properties. Personally, I do not feel you need to use TVtool if you have recent NVidia drivers as they have added sugificant TV support within the last few revs. I use NTSC, it could be different for PAL though.
