I am trying to convert some movie -VIDEO_TS 7.35 GB using ffmpegX 0.0.9k to SVCD.
After following intructions and after 7 hours I got:
    -movie.mpg.avi.sub 10.2 MB
    -movie.mpg.avi.idx 96 kb
    -movie.mpg.avi 2.4
-movie4.avi 3.27 GB. I played this one using VLC and it was OK,
    Quicktime couldn’t handle it.
I was supposed to have something that will fit on 2 cds? How?
Now what must I do to burn it using Toast Titanium?

    Framerate -PAL(25) is OK?
    What am I missing?

eMac IGB, OS 10.3.4, 512 ram

You say you are converting DVD to SVCD, but your output is .avi. SVCD output should be mpeg (.mpg), optionally followed by disk images (.img).

Did you use a preset? (Good idea)
Did you change the video codec? (Should stay on mpeg-2)
