With AVI files that have more than one audio stream in them, what do you use to extract other than the first one out as WAV?

I've always used either VDub or GoldWave to extract audio streams but this is the first time I've needed to get the second stream out of an AVI and I've discovered that neither VDub nor GW appear to allow this to be selected.
