need help to convert files to mp3 or wav (dave ramsey shw)

here is the location of these files. They are streamed, I tried rm to mp3 convert but it did not work.

umm..theres a link on that page to download it straight to mp3...

the only way you're gonna record streaming audio is if you open up a recording program and hit record while the stream is playing on your computer. Then if it's any kind of decent software you can save it as an mp3. If you're on a slow connection it will probably sound bad and have break-ups and things however...I use Adobe Audition but there are several free ones out there...
