  1. how do I do this? the probelm, was, I originally thought, a syncing problem. Until I looked at the file and listened to it. Now I'm convinced that some of the sound had dropped then quickly picked back up. I tried everything I could in virtualdub. Musicmatch can make audio, but how do I add that audio to virtualdub? my new plan is the following:

    1) capture video (no audio)
    2) capture audio in musicmatch
    3) add audio from MM to the video using VD.

number three is where the problem is. I've been trying to solve my video problems for a couple years now. the best I have been able to do before VD was windows movie maker. Everything else is fine. it's this little audio problem.

Any thoughts? your help is appreciated!

Load the video (drag n' drop) then under audio select Wav Audio and add your audio file, set both audio and video to Direct Stream Copy then under file Save Avi.
