Pictures of Rochester do tend to shock people at the type of city it is. I think it's primarily all the foliage and amount of physical undeveloped land that's all around it. It's still legal to own 1 cow or horse on a 1/4 acre property, though nobody does. It's one of those old laws that nobody has done anything about because the issue has never come up. Until it was repealed in 1997, if a woman was behind the wheel of a motor vehicle the husband had to hold flags while walking in front to flag down people on horses to move out of the way if coming inside the city limits of Las Vegas. There is a city in California that had to redo a law because it said any person of asian decent had to move to a refuge encampment. It was a Marshall Law order that was given during WWII and was not amended until the late 1990's. There was a town in Texas that said every citizen over the age of 14 must carry only 1 firearm while within it's boundaries. The person was subject to $5 penalty and 2 days in prison. Some Texas town law from the early 1900's. -

When someone starts using unintelligable metaphores to state that something doesn't make sense, you have to watch out for that person.
