adding chapters 2 a dvd

i converted 2 svcd clips to dvd, they play fine but dont have n e chapters, i converted using svcd2dvd and selected that i wanted chapers every 5 minutes, but i have none, the dvd also wont fast search, is there something i can do to make it fast search and add chapers?

Yep, one way is to downlaod a free 30 day trial copy of tmpgenc DVD Author.
Drag the mpg's into that and, under edit clip, either auto add chapters
every 5 minutes or select the exact frames you want a chapter to start.

The above program will also correct your inability to fast forward
and reverse. There are other popular programs that can do
the same job such as:

DVD Lab (shareware)
Ulead Movie Factory (30 day full working trial)
Nero Recode (30 day full working trial)
