    I have a DVD, but the picture is too bright, how can I change the brightness of it?

    lower the brighness and re-encode it ..

    or adjust your tv ..

    you can do this with v-dubmod and frame serve out to the encoder of your choice -- or use a avisynth script ..

    its also a option and adjustment in dvd2svcd/dvd
