How to extract bin file without burning it

I need to know how to extract a bin file ( vcd files) without actually burning it to a CD, I tried to use Nero burning rom, but all it does is just making it to its image file ( nrg). I need to extract it directly to my hard disk

I think ISOBuster can do that.

Isobuster can do that for you but you should choose the ''extract but filter only M2F2 mpeg frames'' if it fails to extract the video streams. Yoy also want to check winiso out. It's similar to Isobuster but I find it a bit better.

vcdeasy will extract the mpg.

VCDGear extracts mpg from bin guickly and is free. A little easier for me to learn than Isobuster and also does some other things.
