    Hel(p)lo all,
    I wonder if someone might 'splain to 'ol goofy here how to install third-party filters,such as:dynamic noise reduction(dnr2-s),into virtualdubmod?

    This note is in the plugins folder in the Virtualdub Mod program folder, "Filter plugins (*.vdf) placed here are automatically loaded
    by VirtualDub on startup." If they're not .vdf format, I'm not sure how you would install them.

    Thanks for your response redwudz.
    Could you tell me if I should type into the plugins readme-notepad(cnr.vdf) for file "cnr11" which is ChromaNoise Reduction filter?
    Sorry for my lack of knowledge.

    Not sure what you mean, but the .vdr filters are just dragged and dropped into the Virtualdub Mod plugins folder. The notepad folder there is just for that, notes. When you go to the 'filters' in VD, it should be there.
