480X480 (X)vcd

I am trying to make a 480 by 480 (x) vcd and everytime I do I get a smaller box on the screen that is shiften to the left. I know there is a simple fix but cant remember how, I have tried all the video arrange methods I think. BTW the movie is shrek and I am using tpmpeg 2.0. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi,

I'm sorry I can't help but I also would sure like to know the answer. I can't play svcds and have tried to capture at 480 x 480 with the picture smaller and to the left center. Please help with this answer if you can.
