  1. hi,
I have a case that came with a case fan that's mounted on it's left hand side and I changed the configuration on it, instead of taking hot air out of the case, I have it mounted so it brings cool air into the case. Is that a bad thing or should I change back to what it was originally.
My system temp is 30 degress celcius and my cpu temp is 37.
    I'm using a Amd duron 1300.

Well, it is generally better to have positive pressure on a case for the best cooling, so you should be fine. Only problem I see may be sucking in a little more dust. It's unlikely you will have any major cooling problems anyway, because a Duron normally runs cool, at least compared to a XP processor.

  3. Well, if you have a monster of a video card, I would even suggest doing that on the left side. Hopefully it blows on the card and will help cool it.

My Radeon 9800Pro actually runs hotter at times than my CPU.

they're supposed to. 90C is about tops for a GPU, compared to the 70C max on most CPU's Cores.

as for the fans, your temps are already so low you might as well not even use them. don't worry about it
