  1. ok .....i have been ripping and creating all types of digital files for a long time now but i am totally stumped by this...maybe someone that knows a fix or idea has a fix.....i capture from my tv card to huffy video and wav audio....resulting avi plays perfectly in sync......then i strip the audio from the file to make a wav.....then i framserve from vdub to tmpgenc to make xsvcd (all latest versions) while i encode the audio at the same time inside tmpgenc with toolame......the audio is always out of sync after the conversion - all audio files are 44.1 khz and are never changed from that - what is the cause of my problem? i should note that i am only using one filter in vdub and it does not give a warning that my file will be out of sync........the same desyncroniztion happens even if i do not split the audio beforehand....and remember, my captured file is in sync

  2. also, even when i try to convert with tmpgenc straight from captured (synced) file (no vdub), the audio still goes slighly out of wack

  3. oh, one more thing to clarify - i capture at 29.97 and convert to 29.97 framerate so that never changes either
