I've made several backups (Complete Copy) of some DVD's using DVDshrink and they all play fine. My question's are
1. Does DVDshrink remove copy protection like DVDdecrypter ?
2. Should I use first use DVDdecrypter then use DVDshrink ?

If you backup single layer DVD disc to DVD-R then use dvd-decrypter in iso mode. You get exact copy of the disc (with all regions/protections removed).
If you backup dual layer DVD disc to one DVD-R using dvd shrink there it will remove protections by itself, you dont need to first copy the DVD to HDD with dvd decrypter (unless it is your choice - i.e. you want to 'save' your dvd-rom and you want to copy it to HDD before you use dvd shrink)
