Im using the latest ver of TMPGEnc proggy to cut MPEG to splt into two files and the picture quality got worst then the original file. Why? How do I can stop that happening?

You don't make any change except to cut it, and it gets worse quality? Wow, I can't imagine what would cause that. I cut all the time and haven't had that problem. The only thing I can think of is make sure your 'Type' setting correctly matches your file. Once I had it set to Mpeg Stantard when it was actually a non-standard (XVCD) but the result was unplayable, not degraded.
