    Hi im looking for something to record tv shows and video tapes onto my comp so i can make those into vcds.
    i have a terrible comp so can someone please tell me what i should get. here are my comp specifcations
    450 mghz and 60 megs ram ill prolly upgrade on ram sometime but right now i like my comp.
