    yes, i'm having a similar problem with making subtitles thur dvdx. They're blurry/pixelated and simply hard to read. Anyone have any advice for me/us?

    i think i figured it out!

    when i had the zoom in the output settings on "None letter box 4/3", the subtitles came out all blurry and hard to read. but when i tried it on Full (16/9 or 4/3 imput), the subtitles turned out awesome! so fool around with the zoom and see what happens.
