On most DVD's I've seen so far there is unwanted clips of warnings and the like that show up in subfolders under the MENU section in DVDShrink.
They are listed seperately to the DVD menus in Shrink but VOBblanker didn't list them so I couldn't blank them.

Is there something else that can get rid of these ?

  2. yes try titlesetblanker (on this site in the tools section) this will let you delete any title from a dvd. However, if they are part of the menu like you stated and not their own title, then the best thing you can do, is if you use shrink make that part still pictures and then use the app ifoedit to delete their playback

Thanks. Comments about it look like it's the way to go.
The clips I refer to would probably show up in Decrypter as seperate VOBs and not part of the Menu VOB so it should work.
