Why is DVD decrypter encoding twice?

It just started doing this. I use auto shrink. It goes thru the encoding (where u can video preview) twice before u get the black DOS window. It neverdidthis before.

can you restate what you are trying to do:

DVD decrypter is NOT an encoder (and for that matter, neither is dvdshrink ----its a transcoder)

I use to use autoshrink. the ONLY thing I can think of is that you have the deep analysis mode option checked.
