several movies that I tried to encode to vcd or svcd with the latest tmpgenc plus software and even with the new tmpgenc xpress , jerky .
I have all the possible codecs , I USED THE GUIDES BUT NOTHING HELPS.
the problem is that the movie stuttering and u see the movie "like slow motion " for several seconds and again its normal . it occurs for up to 5-7 times in a movie . what am I doing wrong ??. the quality of the sound and picture are very good , but this specific problem of movie slowing down drives me crazy !! should I change something in the setting ?
