  1. Hi,
    I´ve got a Olympus digital camera with possibilities to record Quick Time movies.
    Now I would very mutch be able to edit those...
    And though I´ve several smal movies (in .mov) I want to join (past) them
    Could you please tell me how to do that?

    I´m using Windows XP home

    Any help will be appriciated

    Probably not the answer you are looking for, but I would suggest converting the mov clips to avi files. You can easily paste avi's together using the great freeware tool VirtualDub.

    You can probably also use the Windows Movie Maker to do some editing on the avi files once you've converted them.

    If you want to convert quicktime to avi, you can use TMPGEncoder:

    Alternatively, more hardcore video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, will probably be able to do it quite easily.

  3. quicktime movies can be joined with quicktime pro (ie the paid-for registered version) which is a pain (cut and paste time), or the excellent moviejoiner program from www.rejump.com, which does mov, avi, mpg, asf/wmv and even rm (realvideo)
