    Hi ev'body!

I have a question concerning AVI with multiple audio tracks.
    I am using FMPEGX 0.0.9j, MacOSX 10.3.

I made a AVI with two tracks, in VLC in works fine. But after splitting the file into two segments (so that it would fit on two CDR) only the first track is selectable in VLC anymore! When I add the file sizes of the two segments, the sum is just the size of the original (single-track) AVI file. So, the second track has been erased somehow...

Why is that? Is there a way to split a multi-track AVI so that the multiple tracks are still there? Or is this impossible?

    Thanks for any help!

  2. This is correct, splitting currently works only on one audio track. I'll work to improve the tool further.

...hm, that's a pity, I would've needed it right now! But maybe I find a bypass...

    Thanks for answering!
