VOBEdit can do what you need to do. Rename your first VOB to VTS_01_001.VOB. Rename your second VOB to VTS_01_002.VOB. Open VOBEdit, then open VTS_01_001.VOB. Go to Edit > Join Clips. It will prompt you for a save location. Enter this and hit the OK button. VOBEdit will now join your two VOBs into one VOB. If you require IFO and BUP files to be created, use IFOEdit.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. Yes, they have the same aspects.

    Other question:
How I do to create a VBR MPEG2 file? How I calculate the correct minimun and the maximun bitrates that I've to use?
