  1. hi.
I'm having problems with some dvd backups, for example I ripped the Shakira Live dvd with dvd decrypter and reencoded it with Instant Copy, using the settings option I've selected the "remove layer break", then I burt the dvd, but when I played it on my dvd player it stops at a point where I think is the layer change on the original dvd, and the same thing happened with other 3 dvds, out of like 30 i have backed up, what I wanna know is if there's a program that can tell me exactly where the layer change is, so i can burn the dvd on a rw and see the video where the layer was to see if it has any problem before burning for real.
Thanks in advance, and I hope I made myself clear, cause I don't speak (or write) english very well.

  2. IfoEdit is the tool for the job. Not only you can see the layer break, but you can also remove it in seconds.

Be careful though: it often marks a lot of small titles as having a layer break, you need to remove only one in the middle of the main movie.
