hey,
iv been trying to decompress and recompress audio from an .avi file to get the best quality audio posible for a SVCD and iv tried using virtual dub but iv been hearing that the decompressor that comes with the bundle of avi2vcd works better. so i decompressed the video using avi2vcd decompressor but it decompresses the audio with the video and not just the audio. then i took that decompressed file from the avi2vcd decompressor to virtual dub and got just the audio but its 1.4 gigs for just the audio.and thats too big...am i heading in the right direction? or is there a better way?
thanx
