How to shrink mov file

Hello
How do I shrink mov files that i get using my digital camera, so i can send an e-mail with a movie clip ?
THere is no sound in my clip, and a 20 second clip is 8megs.

Dont recall if it actually works on .mov files very well, but before someone sends you to recode them have you tried zipping them or compressing them with winzip or winar, know that it works very well for audio files in wave format but does nothing to mp3 since they are allready compressed.

zipping doesnt work very well with video files. but you can try it to see if it will work. you can try Tmpgenc, im not sure if it does mov files or not, but try it. if not, then i would suggest converting to mpg. mpg's are easy to compress.

Converted to mpeg,then compressed to a rar file
now my 7.5meg mov file is a 2.5meg rar/mpeg file
